We guarantee that your fish and corals arrive alive and in good health. If any coral arrives dead, please send us a clear photo within 24 hours of delivery. You won't pay for any coral that arrives dead. Please do not discard or return any item (even if the shipping box is damaged) until you've contacted us.

Ultra Maxima Clams rank among the most striking and sought-after giant clams in the reef-keeping world. Each specimen displays an exceptionally deep, velvety mantle coloration that creates dramatic contrast against surrounding corals — a true centerpiece in any high-end reef system. Available in a range of sizes, from compact specimens with plenty of growing ahead of them to mature clams already showing full, rich coloration.

Maxima clams are prized not only for their beauty but also for their fascinating biology. Their symbiotic zooxanthellae allow them to harness light for energy, which means strong reef lighting helps intensify both coloration and growth. When placed securely on rockwork, they quickly attach and become a permanent living display of natural artistry.

Orders are packed in a suitable insulated styrofoam box, with heat/ice packs according to the journey. They are packed to last more than 24 hours from the ship out time, but we always recommend to unpack as soon as convenient for you.

From there, they are photographed and listed for sale, ready to bring a slice of living reef safely into your aquarium. As with any corals, we still recommend that you dip your corals upon arrival before moving to your display.
