Upon placing an order, one of our team members will reach out to you to schedule a shipping date for your coral. We typically ship Monday to Thursday, to avoid any delays in overnight shipping.

Free shipping rules apply for in-stock orders above $300.

*Auction orders do not qualify for free shipping.*

 

UWA SHIPPING PROCESS

• Livestock is packed in insulated containers with heat or cold packs as needed.
• Shipped via UPS for next-day delivery.
• You'll receive a tracking number on the shipping day.
• Please ensure someone is available at delivery or request a different arrival date.
• Weather delays may occur to protect livestock from extreme temperatures or storms.

 

ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE

We guarantee that your fish and corals arrive alive and in good health. If any coral arrives dead, please send us a clear photo within 2 hours of delivery. Please do not discard or return any item (even if the shipping box is damaged) until you've contacted us. Carrier delays caused by UPS may not be covered under our Arrive Alive Guarantee. We will do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
