    • Livestock is packed in 1.5” insulated containers with heat or cold packs as needed.
    • Shipped via FedEx or UPS for next-day delivery.
    • You’ll receive a tracking number on the shipping day.
    • Please ensure someone is available at delivery or request a different arrival date.
    • Weather delays may occur to protect livestock from extreme temperatures or storms.

     

     

    DOA's are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please send us a photo within 24 hours and the team will evaluate. Rest assured, you will not be paying for any coral that arrive dead.
