Arrive Alive Guarantee

Every order at Underwater Archives is backed by our Arrive Alive Guarantee. If any coral, invertebrate, or fish arrives dead, send us a clear photo within 2 hours of the confirmed UPS delivery time and we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the affected livestock.

To make the process smooth, follow these guidelines:

• Corals & Invertebrates: Send a clear photo within 2 hours of the confirmed UPS delivery time if the specimen arrives dead.
• Saltwater Fish: Submit a clear photo or video within 2 hours of the confirmed UPS delivery time.

Important Notes:

• Contact us before discarding or returning any item.
• If the shipping box is damaged, accept the package and reach out to us immediately.
• Carrier delays caused by UPS may not be covered under our Arrive Alive Guarantee. We will do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
• Store credit is issued for the purchase price of confirmed DOA livestock. Shipping costs are not covered.
