At Underwater Archives, everything we ship reflects the same standard we expect in our own displays: stable, healed, vibrant coral that’s ready to thrive. We never rush cuts, never ship stressed pieces, and never hide flaws. Your reef deserves the best — and that’s our entire focus.

WYSIWYG Accuracy

Every coral is photographed with an array of cameras, ranging from the Leica Q to the Olympus TG7 depending on size and positioning. We fit the industry standard orange lens to accurately represent the colors of the corals under 24000K blue lighting. 

Arrive Alive & DOA Policy

Our Dead‑on‑Arrival (DOA) policy follows the standards on our site: if any coral arrives dead, please send us a clear photo within 24 hours of delivery. DOAs are handled on a case‑by‑case basis — you won't pay for any coral that arrives dead. Please do not discard or return any item (even if the shipping box is damaged) until you've contacted us.

Temperature‑Controlled Shipping

Every box is insulated, cushioned, and stabilized with seasonal heat or ice packs. We double‑bag, secure, and protect corals exactly the way we pack our highest‑end collectors.

  • Lighting: Radion G6 (two per tank), Supplemental Submersible Blue LED's for SPS
