We use the AquaFX Blue Marlin Pro for our RODI needs, and swap filters every few months. We have isolated systems (2x 150gal frag tank) for fresh imports prior to moving over to the main displays.

Our Guarantee Conditions:

  • Coral Claims: Send us a clear picture or video of the deceased coral from The Underwater Archives within 3 days of delivery.
  • Fish Claims: Email us a clear picture or video of the deceased marine fish within 5 days from delivery as recorded by the carrier.
  • Handling Instructions: DO NOT remove the coral from its mounting for 7 days or the guarantee becomes void.
  • Return Policy: DO NOT discard or return the specimen without authorization from The Underwater Archives, as this will void the guarantee.
  • Shipping Issues: DO NOT refuse the shipment even if the box is leaking or appears damaged, as doing so will void the guarantee.
  • Pickup: Guarantee applies only to shipped items, not local pickups.
  • Tank Suitability: It is at our discretion to void the guarantee if we determine your tank conditions are unsuitable for the purchased animals.

Our Guarantee for DOA's:
If your new aquatic addition does not survive the guarantee period, we will issue a store credit for the purchase value. We do not cover shipping costs for credited livestock. Losses due to carrier delays or incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not covered under our guarantee.
